Cash Payouts
Overview

The clients can send across disbursement in the form of cash wherein the Beneficiary are to fetch the disbursed cash from the cash disbursing outlet.
Basic Payout Steps
- Client shares the Beneficiary email ID as part of the payment instruction
- The payment is processed at NIUM’s end and is routed to the cash payout partner
- The payout partner shares a unique Reference ID that is to be announced by the Beneficiary in order to get the cash disbursement
- NIUM relays this Reference ID to the:
- Client - Via web-hook sent once the payment status changes to “SENT_TO_ BANK”
- Beneficiary - Via an email notification
- The Beneficiary may get the Reference ID via:
- Email communication from NIUM
- Communication sent by the client
- The Beneficiary needs to announce the Reference ID at the cash disbursement outlet to get the cash. Once the Beneficiary has received the cash, the transaction status is marked as “PAID".
Note: The Beneficiary might be required to produce suitable identification documents at the cash outlet, before the cash disbursement is made.
